What references should I provide for the drawing?

I need images of the character you want to be drawn. If there are outfits or hairstyles not present in the reference images, additional images or detailed descriptions will be required. Also, specify (If you have) the color palette and the file size (square, horizontal, etc.). You may also request the desired lighting for the illustration (e.g., backlighting, nighttime, in darkness, or specific lighting color/focus). Pose references are also important; they are not mandatory but help create a drawing more aligned with your vision.

Summary: Character images, pose image, facial expression image, and any details to be included in the drawing.

If a background is needed, please provide visual references or a detailed description of what you want. If you request a character without visual references, there will be an extra cost.

I WILL DRAW: Fan art, OC, BL, GL, ships, NSFW, kemonomimi, semi-realism, problematic content.
*Note: I enjoy exploring themes, characters, and situations, so I may consider commissions outside of what I’m used to.

I WON’T DRAW: Hate speech, realism, mecha.

I can draw, but I don’t have much experience with: NSFW, furry. These types of drawings come with a 10% discount, so don’t expect the same quality level as the rest of my drawings.

Extra Costs:
Additional character: +60% of the first character’s price.
Highly detailed accessories: To be considered based on the details.
Simple background: Flat color, gradient, transparent background. Free of charge.
Sky or simple wall background: 2 USD.
Detailed background: To be considered based on the details.

What rights do I have with the drawing I paid for?

- As the buyer, you may repost the drawing on your personal social media (this excludes platforms used for profit like attracting an audience).
- You may print the drawing on clothes, mugs, stickers, pillows, etc., as long as it’s for PERSONAL use and not for profit.
- If the drawing is of your OC (Own Character), you may repost it on your art social media as long as you credit the artist.
- You may make edits such as signatures, icons, apply filters, or text, as long as the artist's signature remains intact.
- Under no circumstances may you remove the signature, recolor, or trace the drawing.

What can the artist do with the drawing you paid for?

-I can repost the drawing anywhere I choose, such as on my social media or art groups on Facebook, and use the drawing for promotional purposes or as examples of my work. The exception is if you paid the 20% extra fee for non-public commissions.
- I reserve the right to use the drawing for advertisement or merchandise.

How long do I have to wait for my drawing to be completed?

The time depends on the level of detail. It can range from a couple of days to about a month. I will try to finish the work as soon as possible. Once payment is made, you’ll be added to a waitlist, and orders will be processed in the order they were received, along with their respective payments.

Changes to the drawing

During the process, I will send sketches and WIPs (Work In Progress; from the skeleton of the drawing to base colors) unless you wish to skip this step—if so, please specify. Likewise, please respond to progress messages as soon as possible to receive your commission faster.
If a week passes without a response to WIPs and sketches, I will move on to the next order, and your drawing won’t be resumed until I finish the other one.

The first 3 changes to the sketch are free. After that, each new change will cost between 10 and 20 USD, depending on the complexity.

Once the order is completed and finalized, NO modifications are allowed (Any changes will incur an additional fee, so please clearly specify what you want).

Commission delivery

The commission will be sent via email in PNG format.

Payment methods

If you're from Peru, you can pay in Soles and receive a special discount. This discount does not apply to those paying via PayPal, even if they're from Peru.

If you're from another country, payment will be through PayPal in USD.

Refunds

No refunds will be given if you cancel your commission, so please be sure of your purchase.

If for any reason I cannot complete the work, only in that case will you receive a 100% refund.

Note: If you request a refund through PayPal after I've completed or started working on the drawing, I will add you to a blacklist and won't hesitate to expose you.

About NSFW commissions

- I reserve the right to decline the request if I am unsure about my ability to fulfill what's asked or if I feel uncomfortable with it, based on my own criteria.
